CYPRUS SHIPPING

Orders within Cyprus are shipped via ACS Courier at a delivery rate of €4.50.

As all our products are handmade and made to order, please allow 1–3 working days for your order to be prepared and delivered to the courier provider.

Once your order has been handed over to ACS Courier, delivery within Cyprus usually takes 2–4 working days. Orders will be sent to your local ACS Pick-up Point.

Please specify your preferred ACS Pick-up Point, if any, at checkout.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We also ship internationally via Cyprus Post. Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the total order weight, destination country, and applicable postal service.

International delivery usually takes 4–15 business days, depending on the destination country and postal service selected.

All orders are dispatched from Cyprus, EU. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once the parcel reaches the destination country.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We hope you love your candles when they arrive, but if anything isn't quite right, we're here to help. For assistance, please contact us at info@waxyhandmadecandles.com, and we will respond as soon as possible.

We take every precaution to ensure that your candles are adequately safeguarded throughout transit, but we understand that accidents do happen. If photographic proof of damage is given to us within two days of delivery, we will replace or refund the product. We regret that we cannot refund or replace used candles.

Within 30 days of purchase, you may exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price. All returned items must be delivered at the buyer's expense.

If your box comes damaged, you have 14 days to return your unused candle(s) for a full refund. Please contact us for more information.
